Please check you tickets on receipt, as errors cannot be rectified at the theatre.
No automatic refunds can be given on tickets once sold. The Box Office will attempt to resell any tickets you no longer require and you will only be reimbursed if we are able to resell them.
Late arrivals will only be admitted at a convenient break in the performance.
Parties: To assist our Front of House staff, please ensure that all members of your party arrive in good time and are in possession of their own tickets when entering the theatre.
The show is not suitable for children under the age of 3 and we regret that we cannot admit underage children to the auditorium.
Free parking is available at Stantonbury but arrive early to guarantee a covenant space.
The Stantonbury Leisure Centre bar is available for pre-show and interval drinks and is open most days (closed bank holidays). To avoid queues please pre-order from the bar.
A Sennheiser Infra Red Hearing System is available at the theatre. Please ask for further information.
The theatre can only accommodate two wheelchair spaces at each performance. These must be booked in advance.
Disabled access to seating is available and our Front of House Staff will be happy to help you. Please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the performance.
Where possible we will aim to fulfil bookings for specific seats/rows (see seating plan).
