Message from the audition panel:

Here is the cast list ‘Hot off the press’. Many thanks for all the hard work everyone put into the auditions. We were all very impressed with the standard of the auditions and the thoughtfulness people showed in their performances. We have had to make some difficult decisions at all levels - from principal parts to chorus members. Congratulations to those of you who have been successful and apologies to those who we have had to leave out … if we could have accommodated a cast of 60+, we would have done … however, we have cast-size limitations – and we have settled on a cast of 38. We do have a reserve list, so if anyone who is in our final cast below decides that they can no longer take part … please let us know! Thank you to everyone … and congratulations again to all those who have been cast - Sleeping Beauty! Will be a fantastic show!

Thanks to everyone – I was very impressed and I have to say that these casting decisions have been some of the most difficult I’ve had to make … and I’ve been involved in many casting sessions! We have a brilliant cast and I’m looking forward to working with everyone. There are some extra parts in the cast list which we have already allocated and several other cameo parts in the pantomime which we will be allocating during rehearsals. Have a great Summer.
