This production is dedicated to the memory of Dianna Gilby who died on
22nd April 1992. Dianna was a stalwart member of the society for many years,
memorable in lead roles as Mrs. Anna in "The King and I", and Karolka in
"Summer Song". In supporting parts or as a member of the chorus her
loyalty and enthusiasm were an example to us all. In spite of pain she attended
rehearsals, determined to be part of this show, Sadly this was not to be,
Tonight the Society pays tribute to her courage and example.
